What Is IV Ozone Therapy with UBI?
The Power of Super Oxygen

When you hear the word “ozone,” you may immediately think of the ozone layer in our atmosphere that protects us from the ultraviolet radiation from the sun. The sun’s ultraviolet rays are what create ozone (O3).
Ozone (O3), is an energized form of oxygen which contains three atoms of oxygen rather than the two we normally breathe.
Ozone is the second most powerful sterilizer in the world and can be used to destroy bacteria, viruses, and odors.
Interestingly, ozone occurs quite readily in nature, most often as a result of lightning strikes that occur during thunderstorms. In fact, the “fresh, clean, spring rain” smell that we notice after a storm most often results from the creation of ozone.
What Is UBI (Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation)?

UBI therapy exposes the blood to ultraviolet A, B and C light to stimulate the immune system helping to destroy pathogens that may be present in the blood.

IV Ozone & UBI Is Kind of Like...
For those of you who, like me, like things simplified, let me try to explain Ozone & UBI without getting into the weeds of the science.
The best way that we can describe what ozone therapy is doing in your body is to say that it's acting like a thermostat for your immune system.

You see, a thermometer reads the temperature. It tells us what's going on in the environment we're in.
This is kind of like the labs, tests, etc that you may have received over the years.
They give a picture of what's going on inside of you.
On the other hand, a thermostat sets the temperature. It regulates and adjusts based on the conditions of the room.
Room is too hot? It turns off the heat and kicks up the A/C.
Room is too cold? It turns off the A/C and kicks up the heat.
IV Ozone therapy is kind of like a thermostat for your body.
It helps your body regulate your immune response.
Have an overactive immune system?
IV ozone will help calm it down.
Have an underactive immune system?
IV ozone will help pick it up.
The ultimate goal is to get your body in a place where your inflammation is down and your immune response is working just as it was intended... not too hot... not too cold...
Being the "thermostat" for your body's immune system is just one of the many benefits of IV ozone therapy with UBI.
